Delaware is home to the second longest twin span suspension bridge in the world, the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Delaware is home to several festivals, fairs, and events. Some of the more notable festivals are the Riverfest held in Seaford, the Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival, the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival, etc.

New Castle Court House Museum served as Delaware's first court and state capitol. Here in 1776, New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties declared their independence from Pennsylvania and England creating the Delaware State. The Brandywine Zoo is located in beautiful Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware. The Zoo hosts 150 animals, and is open all year round. The Delaware Museum of Natural History opened its doors in 1972. Encounter life-sized dinosaurs, marvel at the diversity of birds and shells from around the world.
