The CSB Trainee Program is designed for young professionals from overseas eager to come to the United States to learn about American business, enhance their skills and expertise, experience American culture and return home better qualified for their future careers and endeavors.

Who Is Eligible?
Candidates qualify for this program if they meet the following criteria:

- Have a good command of English (upper-intermediate level or higher)
- Have a college degree AND at least 12 months of professional work experience
- Have 5 years of professional work experience (for applicants without a college degree)

The CSB Trainee Program includes:

- Issuance of the DS-2019 form for all the eligible participants
- J-1 visa application assistance
- On-going support throughout the program
- A quality training program in the United States for up to 18 months

Note: 12 months is the maximum duration of the Hospitality and Tourism programs
