To find out about insurance benefits please download one of the following plans below:
1. IEG for participants with start date before February 1, 2012.
2. UHC for participants with start date after February 1, 2012.
If you are a current trainee, we suggest that you go to the insurance website www.esecutive.com/myinsurance. To login you will need to enter your name, date of birth and policy number (for IEG insurance - IEGC000173263, for UHC insurance - 1190028). On the website you will be able to obtain additional information, download claim forms as well as print your insurance card with your name on it.
